Great location, fantastic staff, except no AC in April
8.0Very close to train station, in fact it is right next to the train station. You won't ger wet even when it is raining. Staff will helpful. Lake view has great view of 东方之门。Room clean, beds are comfy. Breakfast has varity of eastern abd western food. Robot delivers take away to your room. No self-service laundry facilities.
− The biggest problem is that because it is Spring, the hotel is not switch the AC on. Only air circulation at 24 degrees. Even the outside is cool, the window can only be opened for a small gap so the room was still very hot. Staff was very helpful and move us to a suite which is not facing the afternoon sun plus has two big doors can be opened to let the cool air in. We lost our view but it is more important to be able to sleep.
