− Khi đặt phòng tôi đã tích rõ đặt phòng cho người nhà, Khách sạn bắt thanh toán trước bằng thẻ visa và tôi đã thanh toán toàn bộ tiện phòng, tuy nhiên khi người nhà tôi nhận phòng khách sạn lại bắt thanh toán toàn bộ tiếp theo với lý do thẻ tín dụng không trùng tên khách lưu trú. Người nhà tôi đã thanh toán, khi được yêu cầu hoàn tiền thì lại chỉ hoàn tiền sau 30 - 45 ngày làm việc, khác gì một hình thức chiếm dụng tiền của khách hàng, thu đủ tiền 2 lần nhưng sau 2 tháng mới trả tiền, có mùi không đàng hoàng giống như PNJ đang hot hiện tại

Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder.
Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests did not present their credit card upon check-in.
