6.0Séjour d’une nuit qui nous a servis de toit mais voilà. Les vitres ne sont pas de toute jeunesses. Donc pas mal de bruit. Oreiller de base donc pas forcément agréable.

Hôtel à fuir
2.0J’avais réservé pour 2 nuits. J’ai eu tellement de mal à trouver l’entrée de l’hôtel (45 minutes environ) que j’ai failli rebrousser chemin. En raison de travaux (construction d’un nouvelle ligne de tram), l’accès en voiture à l’hôtel par la rue principale est impossible et suite à ma réservation, aucune information concernant une déviation obligatoire n’a été communiquée par e-mail. De plus, le GPS ne tient pas compte de ces travaux. Après plusieurs tentatives pour trouver un itinéraire alternatif, je suis tombée sur 2 panneaux indiquant la déviation à suivre pour accéder à l’hôtel. A quelques centaines de mètres de l’hôtel, il faut obligatoirement emprunter des rues où stationnent des dizaines de camionnettes avec des travailleuses du sexe en petite tenue jusque sur le trottoir - quartier très fréquenté par cette population à mon arrivée vers 22h ! A moins de 200 mètres de l’hôtel, je n’ai eu d’autre choix que de téléphoner à l'hôtel pour me faire guider car il faisait nuit et il n’y avait aucune autre indication pour arriver à l’hôtel. Vu le quartier incontournable des prostituées qui mène à l’hôtel, j’ai demandé à annuler ma 2ème nuit – ce qui a été refusé. J’ai trouvé la chambre assez calme mais elle était basique, avec une douche donnant directement dans la chambre, alèse en plastique de mauvaise qualité qui se déchire, finitions à revoir (photos en PJ). Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. C’est ma pire expérience dans un hôtel. Pas digne du groupe Accor !

6.0Hotel was good if it’s a basic stay - the shower was dirty I needed to rinse it before I used it - the bed was fine everything else was fine so would be happy to stay again if in that part of Lyon
