8.0Clean rooms. Reasonable price for the amenities you get. They only have a handsoap and toilet papers as your amenities. Hair dryer would need a deposit to borrow. Bus stop right in front. Don't plan to walk from the train station with your luggages as it is on an uphill. Compared to hotels around the area charging crazy amount for a night, this hotel provided clean, comfortable bed for a reasonable price. One negative was that the shower temperature would fluctuate from getting cold then to super hot then warm and cold again.

Great Location and Service with Free Transport
8.0While the room was somewhat small, it was great in the sense of all the lights and the ability to control them from your bed. Additionally each side of the bed as well as the top of the bunk bed have their own lights as well. It was a great stay overall. We only had the breakfast one day but it was good. Highly recommend as not far away from the bus stop and they provided a free bus pass for us to use in Luzern during our stay (since we trained and did not have a car)

4.0The hotel should be called the micro hotel. The rooms are smaller than a prison cell with no place to put any luggage. The shower, sink and toilet is all open in the same small room. It was clean enough and the staff was helpful but they could not make the room big enough for two people. Maybe ok if all you are bringing is a backpack.

6.0Location is not the best, as you have to walk 15min from train station. Room was alright, not spacious but did the job. One thing is they wanted a 20 euro deposit for hair dryer (as there is no hair dryer in room), weird, that's a first for me. They also asked for 20 or 25 euro for early check-in, I said we can wait, then they gave us the room since its ready, and its only an hour and half till the 'official' check-in time.
