8.0The environment was peaceful; and only within 10 minutes walk to the modernised 130 Kvartal area. But the communication method from the hotel can be improved more (for example, the check-in and check-out rules in English; the transportation method and estimated time, especially to and from the airport).

10.0Sergey, my hotel contact, helped arrange several excursions and even accompanied me to see local sights in the city. Without his assistance, I am certain that my tours would not have been as successful as they were.
Beware of address you are given and read my review
8.0The flat I got was big and modern and excellent, not far from the centre of town. It was in a very recent block of flats. The issue was that the address given (on arrival) was not the address of the flat. The driver took me to the agency's address, where I had to argue with the girl to get a centrally located apartment. Besides, she wanted a RUB 1,000 deposit without giving me a receipt, which I flatly refused to pay. In the end, the driver took me to the apartment where I paid by credit card after seeing it. Initially, they wanted me to pay without even having seen the apartment. So, the actual apartment was excellent, but the level of service on arrival was very poor with a certain casual rudeness that is, sadly, often encountered in Russia but one gets used to it.
