1.0− Мне абсолютно ничего не понравилось. Начиная с работников гостиницы, заканчивая их руководством. Сначала не хотела писать отзыв раскрывая всю суть моего недовольства, но получив сообщения от руководства самого гостиничного комплекса решила все таки поделиться своими впечатлениями. В гостинице было грязно, начиная с полов заканчивая посудой. Не было фена, халата, ваз для цветов, нормально работающего вайфай итд. Сотрудники ресепшн почти всегда были в плохом расположении духа, разговаривали надменно и саркастично. Просьбы малейшие были проигнорированы и обещания были не исполнены. Советую филиал Шагалы в Актау - очень не плохо, а вот филиал Атырау оставляет желать лучшего. В номере все очень старое. Было очень неудобно принимать душ. Даже чайник с тостером с 2000 годов. Не верьте картинке.
