The room was spacious and pleasant. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Friendly staff particularly ONAMICA - was very helpful, she volunteered to help us with our shopping and luggage and was incredibly kind.

Wonderful hotel, everything clean, fast wi-fi, indoor pool to chill - perfect stay. We also got a lot of help from the personnel, namely Onamica was so kind to us!

I enjoyed the cleanliness of all facilities. The receptionist that worked the afternoon shift on Friday her name starts with an O was soooo respectful welcoming sweet and funny. I drove 5 hours from New York and she was so pleasant it turned our energy around.

− The male associate that was in charge of breakfast Sunday morning was super rude and made my mother feel uncomfortable. We went to breakfast and my mother was the only one eating so i told the attendee my room number and the number one for how many were eating. He assumed (which made sense) my mother was by herself and while she was walking behind me, not knowing i told him one not two were dining; he kept just saying good morning good morning good morning my mother could not understand the aggression and walked away i then proceeded to let him know she didn’t understand and thought i gave all the information. He was dismissive and rude. He shouldn’t be dealing with clients if he is incapable of speaking to them with grace and respect!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This was by far the best hotel experience we've had in the United States. We were two moms traveling with two children, and the room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time throughout our stay. We arrived before the official check-in time, and Onamica was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Seeing that we were traveling with children and several suitcases, she generously arranged an early check-in as soon as a room became available. This gave us plenty of time to explore Washington, DC that afternoon. She even prepared delicious snacks for the children, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel truly welcome. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. We will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Washington, DC. A heartfelt thank you to Onamica and the entire team for your warm hospitality and outstanding service. You made our trip even more memorable!
