− シャトルバスが五時までとか、もらった連絡先は予約番号で、電話してもつうじなくて、受け付けにいったら、予約番号です。といわれた。なら、連絡先にかくな！

10.0温泉が良かった。 お風呂に行くのに使うかごバックが凄く良かった。 女性はお風呂に行くのに自前のシャンプーやスキンケア用品、着替えなど持ち物が多いから便利だったし、かわいかった。 お料理もおいしかった。
− お土産屋さんが朝8時からしか空いてなくて、送迎バスまでの10分ぐらいしか時間がなくて大慌てだった。 前日に買えばよかったんだろうけど、終わりも早かった気がする

No hot water on arrival, poor service, and a lack of compassion made this a very disappointing stay
6.0The building and the partial sea view
− We stayed in the hotel's most premium room/suite but were disappointed by the overall experience. There was no hot water when we arrived, the onsen towels were hidden away on the other side of the suite, there was no coffee in the room or available in the lobby outside of fixed service hours, and the reception staff were not particularly helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also unpleasant, as staff clearing tables repeatedly slammed plates and utensils, creating unnecessary noise during meals. When our daughter became unwell, we asked to take food from the restaurant to our room. The restaurant manager followed us to our room to collect the plates immediately, explaining that they could not provide meals for sick guests. We found this response lacking in compassion. The hotel is also isolated from the village, with no nearby store to purchase basic essentials, making the situation even more difficult. Overall, we expected a much higher standard of service and hospitality for a premium stay.
