− This hotel is a an absolute SHITHOLE. The rooms, pool, garden and areas that you see in the ad are a part of the hotel that was rented out to someone else who runs there (very successfully) a completely separate hotel, therefore you will not be staying in the "nice" part of the property. You will stay in some separate area that has either no balcony and windows, or just view to filthy walls and cockroaches. But to be honest there is no "nice" part of the property. The pictures are from +10 years ago (as of 2026). Dirt, smell, salty water in the shower. I booked a room with a terrace, window and garden view. The fan wasn't working, there was no window, balcony or terrace, the sitting area was in a filthy corridor that everyone could access, and the room had a horrible smell. I asked to be changed, and they said there was no room available (later I figured out all rooms were available since nobody was staying there, the whole hotel was empty). I gave back the key immediately and stayed somewhere else. I requested a refund and they asked me to proof my claims with photos. I asked them to enter my room and they ignored my messages. I complaint to booking's customer service and they said they could do nothing since the property was ignoring their messages. I will today go to the police to report it. This is jot about getting back some miserable 45€, this is about stopping this thieves from doing whatever they want while Booking.con does nothing. They run a minimart next to the hotel with the same name. I encourage everyone to try and steal from them. I for sure will go and steal 45€ in goods right after I leave the police station.

− This place is terrible. The taps are so rusty and filthy they broke right off in my hand, and I could not even have a shower or use the bathroom tap in the 4 nights I was there. The place is dirty - no one cleaned my room while I was there. It smells of damp. Nothing but a bed desk and 1 cupboard - not even toilet paper. I am in another place cheaper with fridge, tv, daily cleaning, good shower, kettle etc....... so much better. I would tell everyone to stay away from Pesona, It is absolutely terrible.

Tolle Lage! Zimmer ist einfach, das Bett war sauber und ordentlich gemacht, Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Insgesamt war alles unkompliziert (ich habe aber auch keine hohen Ansprüche).

− Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig. Gepäck liegt unbeobachtet im Eingangsbereich bei früherer Ankunft. Insgesamt sehr abgelebt, für 2 Nächte war es ok.
