Unprofessional reception
6.0Upon arrival the receptionist were laughing with some colleagues behind the reception. She came out and saw us to then go back to casual laughing behind the reception. This took place a few times. Instead of doing this, she could welcome us and call her colleague afterward if language was a problem.
