− Construction noise (outside), smell in lobby, more clarity about expected gratuities (if any)
Do not book unless you don’t want to relax
1.0− There are building works happening from 9am to 5pm every day and you are not made aware of this when booking. It is so loud and disruptive around the pool area that you can hear nothing else. When raised with staff they said it is all over their website but after checking we found out this was a lie.
