服務態度太差，溫泉水污濁惡劣

老闆娘是中國人，説普通話， 1. 我訂房是一泊2食，但登記的時候老闆娘就説網站訂房價錢有錯，要求我多付晚餐錢，這不是我的問題嗎，旅館應該跟Hotel.com反映，不是追討客人，最後晚餐就給我又硬又厚皮的餃子餐，我到日本旅行不是第一次，真的當我唔傻子嗎，還解釋吃餃子是新年最高享受！ 2.溫泉房沖涼的花灑開關全部是黑色的污垢，這也不重要，問題在於溫泉內可以見到污糟的微細物太可怕啦，早上想泡一個露天溫泉，發現水中全部都是污垢物。。。還評價是天然溫泉旅館，太不可思議！

Hot springs access available from 5:30 AM to midnight.

Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Guests under 2 years old are not permitted at this adults-only property.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
