− L'esperienza è stata fortemente penalizzata dall'accoglienza ricevuta al nostro arrivo da parte del receptionist Andrea. Siamo stati trattati con maleducazione e arroganza, senza alcun motivo, nonostante ci fossimo rivolti a lui con la massima cordialità ed educazione. Un atteggiamento del genere è inaccettabile per una struttura ricettiva e rischia di compromettere l'immagine di un hotel.
