Het hotel ligt aan een rustige straat. Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Ruime kamers met airco en een ijskastje. Ontbijt was goed. Personeel is supervriendelijk.

Nice spacious room, good swimming pool

− Food was not the best quality and breakfast was limited. Better options to eat in Phong Nha.

Mooie lokatie met erg lief personeel, maar er valt daar nog wel wat op te knappen/restaureren

Prachtige ligging, vriendelijk en welwillende medewerkers

− Alles is kapot of oud of werkt niet. Het zwembad warmer dan een warm bad, de parasols kapot. Verkoelend zwemmen is er dus niet. Afstand naar het restaurant is pittig loopje. Geen drankje in minibar. Heb mijn was laten doen en kan een groot deel weggooien. Zeer ernstig gekrompen en verkleurd.

Mooie locatie.

− Wij hebben geen prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Toen wij onze kamer voor de eerste keer betraden, kwam er een sterke vochtgeur op ons af. Bovendien stond het plafond van de kamer vol schimmel. Toen wij dit aan de manager meldden, leek zij dit als normaal te beschouwen. Vervolgens probeerde een klusjesman de schimmel van het plafond te verwijderen met een doek, wat uiteraard geen oplossing bood. Pas na lang aandringen kregen wij een andere kamer toegewezen. Uiteindelijk vertelde het personeel ons ook dat er in die kamer daadwerkelijk een vochtprobleem is en dat men de schimmel simpelweg overschildert.
