Disappointed in Management
5.0Physical property was wonderful.
− The management staff is charging me full price for a stay that was changed from 3 nights to 1. I will not go back to the property if I can’t get this resolved.

8.0I stayed in two rooms and they were both spotlessly clean and well maintained
− The bed in the second room was somewhat saggy on one side. Elevators were slow and one was out of service
Unwelcoming valet

− Upon arriving pulled up to unload and check in . We were approached immediately by an older gentleman who said, "you can't park here" I explained were were unloading ingredients and shining in. He then demanded "give me your keys" I told him I would not until I had checked in and knew where we would be. He said "well move your car over there til you figure it out" I was shocked at the rude unwelcoming attitude.

Amazing.
10.0Took this trip back in the start of may for my girlfriends birthday and the hotel room was clean and beautiful and the view was amazing, staff was super helpful and always made sure we were taken care of and okay.
− Pulling in can be rough when it’s more busy and it’s a popular road but the hotel can not control this! It’s just how the street is!
