...probabilmente ad Arezzo c'è di meglio...

− appartamento al quarto piano rialzato/aggiunto su edificio di 3 piani quindi con qualche problema di surriscaldamento che il condizionatore contrasta con difficoltà sia nella stanza da letto sia nello spazio comune. la stanza da letto ha, su un intero lato, una grande finestra solo parzialmente oscurabile, che affaccia su una strada trafficata prima della rotonda urbana dove c'è l'ingresso del condominio. il prezzario della (tutt'altro che cheap) colazione è stato indicato solo via wa prima dell'arrivo ma c'è caffè e te gratuito per gli ospiti nella sala comune dove c'è anche frigo con acqua a pagamento. Di gratuito c'è una brocca d'acqua per fare il caffè e senza accesso a lavandino o utensili da cucina per sciacquare o affettare un frutto o altro. ascensore con accesso diretto all'appartamento minuscolo e scomodo per salire portandosi su zaini e valige...inspiegabilmente non funzionante la sera al rientro dopo cena...

− The walk-up. Too many steps for older people. The bathrub in the room was awkward.

8.0Blízko nádraží, přístup s kódem, za příplatek výborná snídaně, klimatizovaná místnost. Po skončení ubytování jsme si mohli nechat uschované zavazadla.

9.0La ubicación es muy buena, está a un paso del centro histórico. El acceso automatizado al apartamento permite agilidad y comodidad en la llegada. En plena ola de calor, valoro mucho la disponibilidad de aire acondicionado y ventanas dobles, lo que permite un bien descanso por la noche.
− Las almohadas, si bien hay dos por persona, son de baja calidad lo que provoca dolores de cervicales. A mí modo de ver, deberían invertir en dotar los apartamentos de almohadas de viscoelástica o similar.
