6.0A bit of a shetchy area, a 20min walk from downtown. Reminded me of off-campus student housing, but the room and bathroom were clean. Be aware the "office" is in the proprietor couple's home, which is also where they personally prepare breakfast for guests. The proprietors are very nice, good value if you're a no-frills traveler.
