3.0Lediglich das Personal zeigte sich äußerst zuvorkommend.
− Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es gab weder einen Kühlschrank noch einen Wasserkocher, was in einem Hotel ungewöhnlich ist. Die Größe des Zimmers war überraschend klein und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht zufriedenstellend, da sie keine kalte Luft lieferte und nachts abgeschaltet wurde. Zudem war es draußen jede Nacht sehr laut, bedingt durch Live-Konzerte, die als störend empfunden wurden. Eine erneute Buchung in diesem Hotel kommt für uns nicht in Frage.

10.0The hotel's location is excellent—right on the main street. There is some parking behind the hotel, but a large parking lot nearby is also available for guests to use. The hotel staff are wonderful and accommodating; special praise goes to Nataša.
