6.0The apartment itself is ok - equipped, clean, decorated to make the most of the space, with a nice balcony & useful parking. Bathrooms could do with a update & dining furniture is different to images. Shared space, I.e. hallways are very tired. Check-in is a fairly convoluted process and there are lots of apartments - without a map / if you take the wrong lift this can be drawn out. My main gripe related to a cleaning incident during my stay - but customer service was prompt, efficient and apologetic.
Nice apartment in excellent location
8.0This review is for apartment in 21 Boxford Ridge. The apartment is good size and has everything that is expected and needed. I can recommend it and would go there again. It's near the city center and public transportation connections. My only small complaint is that the bed not very good, I would have liked thicker, better mattress.
