5.0The location
− We had a problem in the bathroom and it takes a long time to fix.

9.0Friendly Staff, wifi access, good location, Quiet. There is a lift (2 person) which is convienient.
− No door card to request/deter housekeeping. I prefer privacy during my stay. Shower head didn't reach the holder, had to hold it. Basin plug was stored in Bedet. :(
Thank you, see you again! 🙂

Pessimo servizio, prezzo eccessivo rispetto alla stanza avuta
1.0Pessimo!
− Non c'erano le asciugamani in bagno. Non c'era una scrivania, una sedia, connessione personale ad internet non funzionante. Isolamento totale. Arredamento vecchio, pareti rovinate, pavimento scricchiolante.
