Grande experiencia em Pucon!
10.0Café da manha completo com muitas opções. Área de lazer com jogos eletrônicos e tradicionais. Piscina e academia completa e estacionamento incluso e bem sinalizado. Equipe da Ciclo Vertical dentro do hotel, com muitas opções de experiencia outdoor pagas a parte.
− Academia com horário muito restrito. Serviço de quatro e restaurante com horários restritos também.

− Calefação no primeiro dia não estava funcionando, e no nosso banheiro tb não , emprestaram uma estufa, podiam ter dado desconto em todas as diárias devido a este fato.

As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax.
