6.0This property was not easy to find. The room was basic. Water wasnt too hot as expected. Breakfast options were good. Staff were courteous, professional and served well.

2.0When we arrived, we were told the hotel no longer was in service. After contacting the property, we were told the hotel moved and renamed. The new hotel is much smaller than the original, and doesn’t contain the same amenity’s. And don't look professional without make some sort of communication to the customer.

8.0It was a last minute stay and was perfectly fine for one night. No frills and fancy stuff but clean. Reception people were extremely nice!

10.0Excelente ubicación, a pasos de la estación del tren y del bus a Machu Picchu. Cerca de todo! Las habitación muy cómoda y la ducha excelente, justo lo que se necesita para la estadía en Aguas Calientes. El personal fue muy atento.
