9.0Personal muy amable y eficiente. Se quedaron con las maletas antes del checking, llamaron a un taxi para hacer una excursión y todo muy bien. Está a unos 10 minutos de la estación de tren, hay muchos sitios cerca para cenar. Tienen onsen pero si tienes tatuajes no podrás usarlo.
− Las almohadas eran un poco incómodas. Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran ascensor para bajar las maletas.

4.0This is an old hotel and unfortunately it shows. Futons are thin and really old so the bed was really hard even though we had five of them piled up. Ventilation doesn't probably work correctly or it is unsufficient - we had to keep our window open and onsen roof was wet and molded. The hotel is clean and staff friendly. There is not many restaurant options in the area (many restaurants were closed). Good parking facilities.
