10.0The hotel is very beautiful. Easy access to the beach and spectacular views of the ocean. The staff are amazing, from the moment you enter the gate, you are greeted with warmth and beautiful smiles. The staff was helpful, even advising on what to do around Capetown and area. The room was clean and welcoming. It smelled beautiful, the linen clean. The decoration really warms the place up. All in all, the hotel is everything and more. We really enjoyed our time there.
