10.0Gentilezza e disponibilità. Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo minuto dopo una disavventura con l'albergo prenotato dall'Italia, ci hanno accolto con estrema gentilezza. Vista splendida sulla laguna. Colazione abbondante e buona.
Quiet and peaceful spot with a comfy bed and great breakfast!

− The hot water system - it wastes a lot of water before it gets hot and doesn’t get hot enough. Using the bath would have been lovely but the water never got hot enough. All that was missing was a proper hot shower and bath.

9.0Fantastic location oberlooking Knysna. Rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely comfy beds and hot showers Very good breakfast 👌
− Service in the evening was a bit slow when we ordered dessert but their was a function on so that may have been the problem . The duvet didn't fit over the entire bed.

9.0Beautiful location, magnificent views over Knysna Lagoon and Heads. Welcoming staff, spacious rooms and good breakfast. As we had an early appointment in town, an early breakfast was offered!
