9.0Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Arise Hotel sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel und unser Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Besonders schön fanden wir die kleinen liebevollen Notizen der Reinigungskräfte und die Willkommenskarte. Trotzdem war insgesamt alles super und wir würden gerne wiederkommen. ❤️ Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ❤️
− Einen Punkt habe ich abgezogen, da unser Zimmer direkt zum Innenhof lag. Dadurch mussten wir die Vorhänge meistens geschlossen halten, um keine Einblicke zu ermöglichen, und es kam wenig Tageslicht ins Zimmer.
