8.0Excellent location and a top notch staff! The staff was amazing from booking to arranging transportation. They were tops! The hotel is in a great area. The street out front is super narrow so mainly foot or bike/motor bike traffic. It’s a really neat boutique hotel — 20-30 years old with great design details. Unfortunately there are things that no longer work that need updating, but all in all everything else makes up for it. Breakfast is delivered to the room. Some breads and cheese and lunch meat with juice and milk. Not what I’d order, but the thought was there. The in-room coffee/espresso maker was nice too. One thing that’s weird is the door key. It’s an actual key and you only get one. Kinda tough for a family of three to manage. And the thermostats in the room don’t work so you have to call the front desk to adjust the temperature…but they’re always there and super polite.
