4.0This hotel uses old photos in their listing. Onsen area is VERY dirty and OLD. Also some of the photos are of other hotels the same companies owns. BEWARE. Breakfast is LOW LOW quality. None of the staff seem to care. We canceled out 2nd night stay.

8.0夫婦2人で利用しました。行く前にクチコミを見たら、清掃や食事などあまり良くないのもあったのですが、そんなことはなく、満足できるものでした。

4.0部屋が汚い、埃っぽい、子供が宿泊するのに催促するまでスリッパや浴衣が用意してなかった。 料理も以前に比べて、数段美味しくなくなった。 お風呂で一時的にお湯が出なかった。

8.0角部屋で２方向採光で明るい部屋だった。 広い部屋だったので、夫婦で快適に過ごせた。 建物自体は古いのであちらこちらに粗はあるが、気にならない程度。 姉妹ホテルには急な坂を上がらなければならずちょっと大変。風呂を使うのには別料金が必要。使用時間も制限されている。 夕食、朝食共にバイキング形式。夕食は２交代制。 特に素晴らしいわけではないが種類が豊富でそれなりのお味なので外れは無い。
