Un ryokan qui vaut le déplacement !
9.0Tout. Le ryokan est dans la rue à laquelle vous pensez quand vous venez ici, la balade le soir est donc encore plus sympa. Le personnel est aux petits soins, d'une très grande amabilité. Le goûter d'accueil nous a été très agréable, en grande partie grâce à la personne qui nous a accompagné et présenté l'ensemble. Les repas (kaiseki) très nourrissant bien que, évidemment, il y ait des goûts et textures difficiles pour nos habitudes occidentales, surtout pour le petit-déjeuner (je ne crois pas que sur booking il y ait une option pour un petit-déjeuner continental plus occidental). Les bains du ryokan sont très agréables, les bains extérieurs en particulier. C'est chaud et il faut donc y faire des bains courts de quelques minutes, ça détend parfaitement. Nous avions aussi un bain dans la chambre, ce fut un délice ! Ça vaut largement le coût supplémentaire. Si vous restez plusieurs jours je dirais presque que c'est obligatoire.😁 Dans notre chambre nous avons aussi eu le droit à quelques cadeaux dont des "tabi". Super pour pouvoir utiliser tout de suite les "geta" pour se balader dans le quartier. Bref toute la famille a passé un excellent séjour. J'espère pouvoir revenir, un peu plus longtemps.
− Le kaiseki manque d'explications. Pour madame la propriétaire : s'il vous plaît essayez de joindre au repas une fiche détaillant les plats et ingrédients, la façon dont les sauces accompagnent les mets, ce genre de détails ajoutent beaucoup à notre plaisir de la découverte culinaire. Et si cela est possible un petit déjeuner occidental serait très bien aussi (même si je comprends que cela ne s'adresse qu'à une petite partie de votre clientèle).

10.0Das Essen und die Gastfreundschaft waren sehr gut. Auch der Onsen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Des Weiteren ist das Personal sehr zu vorkommend und erklärt einem die ganzen Möglichkeiten. Es wurde auch auf meinen Wunsch keinen Fisch beim Essen zubekommen geachtet. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder
− Das Bad und die Toilette sind etwas klein. Es kann also für große Menschen etwas eng werden. Dafür ist der Onsenbereich sehr groß und man kann dies als Alternative verwenden.

10.0We loved the staff and the excellent customer service! The owner said hi to us several times! We were picked up by staff from the train station and also used the shuttle to visit the monkeys. Our room and the onsens were beautiful! We also ate breakfast and dinner each day here and had an interesting and delicious culinary experience, including vegetarian dishes! We came during low season, so the neighborhood was quiet but charming.
− The private tub was too hot for us and we did not know how to make it cooler!
