I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mamdukh Fouad from the housekeeping team at Regina Resort Aquapark. He did an excellent job cleaning my room throughout my entire stay. The room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully organized. Mamdukh was professional, hardworking, and very dedicated to his work. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Mamdukh for your outstanding service. You are a great asset to the hotel!

This hotel caters for Russians especially at food time rooms are adequate for your needs although in extremely need of upgrading cleaner very friendly probably due to getting tipped daily .. never cleaned anything just made up beds and animal towels .. pool area just kids running around screaming .. beach area lovely although the dj plays awful Loud music when should be relaxing music .. staff friendly enough especially Mohamed Mgdy he was the nicest man we met . Enjoyed our daily chats and he was very informative about hurgada.. hotel on main st close to shops and marina was a plus point .. would la we go back ?? No and wouldn’t recommend!!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ahmed Said on reception couldn't do enough for us. Mohammed A Naeem was very kind and helpful.

Good value for money ,with some negative points

Pros : Wonderful gardens, top polosition in Hurghada, close to everything Marina,Sheraton Road ,Mosque,,nice private beach with a lot of free sunbeds , pretty good food (too repetitive but not bad ),nice clean room,good free wifi, good and friendly animation staff. Cons : all incl free drinks are pretty undrinkable, common areas and restaurant area very dirty, a lot of unpolite guests free to do whatever they want just because of they tip....

I can honestly say ,as writing this I am still here .i emailed the hotel to let them know I am travelling with my widely parents and my brother who has learning disabilities and they gave us a joint room with a wet room for them and with rails in the bathroom ,they really accommodated my family and I and not far to walk to the restaurant .However it was my brothers 50th birthday and without even telling the reception and make special arrangements for his birthday,but they knew ,must of been via passport ,we had two beautiful plates of fruit delivered to our room with plates and cutlery ,however to top it up in the dining room they brought out a beautiful birthday cake and sang to him .. We Jane been coming to this hotel 4 years in a row now and they have always made us feel welcome ,lovely staff,spotless rooms.easy access to everything .beach,shops pharmacies etc etc ,you name it and we are right in the middle of everywhere .. we always choose here because it’s well worth the money with lovely friendly people …5* Regina and thank you once again ,,still got a few days left but I feel you need recognition.Many Thanks and will be back next year 👍🏼🙏🏼🕶️⛱️🏝️🥰
