Functional, cheap but very mediocre
6.0Relatively cheap for the area. Clean enough, a little dated and could do with a wipe over of furniture. Lacking in any real charm. A bit of effort to connect it to its coastal surroundings could really elevate the property and add value. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear couples making love in full surround sound and the showers in surrounding rooms are very loud. It’s a shame because the motel is sheltered from the noise of route 1. Also, the blinds do not keep out the light.

8.0Came around 4:30 had to go to the bathroom no one in office bit a woman came pretty quickly when I rang the buzzer. Walked quite a ways to find food (not hotel issue it was just busy in the local spots… it was Saturday night after all.). The walking was a little dicey in the dark, lots of traffic. But all good. This morning I see a call came late from the hotel asking when I’d be checking in but I was here. No worries just must have been a miscommunication. Thanks!

2.0Rooms were outdated and cheap. Layer of dust on lamp fixtures, tears in lampshades. Felt like I could only sleep under bedsheet (knowing that it was cleaned for our stay). Roomed smelled. People talking outside our room at 4 am. Would not stay here again.

8.0The ventilation in the room could have been better. As a single person, I didn't feel safe leaving the window open for a better flow of the air. Also, it would be good to have a small waste basked put under the sink. Thank you, Barbara

8.0Nice enough little place. Good location, 5 minute drive to Wells Beach. A bit dated & vanity light didn’t work, but fairly comfortable. Clean room and pool.
