3.0− Camera minuscola e parecchio sporca. Colazione povera...
Ok for 1 night because of no useable shower and you couldn’t fill up the sink because it was smashed
5.0The breakfast was ok. It was in a building away from the kitchen so it arrived with tin foil on it.
− The room looked pleasant enough to start and it had a good fan and the bed was comfortable. However, the sink in the bathroom was smashed. The shower was attached to the taps in the bath but you couldn’t use it because the ceiling was too low. Lastly the carpet could use a clean. Also we ate in the pub and my husband had fish which was literally tasteless.
Felt tricked by hotel
5.0Staff were friendly and happy to help
− A full house building site was right outside our window and therefore certainly no chance of relaxing or sleeping well. Cannot believe it isn’t mentioned anywhere.
Excellent highly recommend
10.0Great location great room
Lovely hotel, would recommend
9.0This hotel feels like a historical setting as soon as you arrive, with plenty of charm and character. The staff service was outstanding and my room was comfortable, a very good size and well equipped. The restaurant and bar onsite are excellent.
− The rustic style of the hotel meant my room had several head-threatening, low-hanging beams, plus numerous steps. Also my shower wasn't suitable for anyone over average height. I'm about 170cm and I had to duck when I stood in the bath/shower.
Apart from what we didn't like, we had very good stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Very good dinners
7.0Breafast very good, location excellent as we wanted to stay near the centre of Much Wenlock.
− No proper shower. Very noisy creaky floors throughout apartment. No soap or shampoo provided.
Guests wanting to dine in the restaurant are advised to book a table in advance in order to guarantee a place.
