10.0This is the second time we have stayed at the Williamsburg Inn. The staff were excellent! They made our stay special. The hotel is very elegant. The room we had was spacious, with two sinks, both a walk in shower and a soaking tub. The hotel made our wedding anniversary special. The room was very spacious. The Terrace Room was also excellent. The hotel is located right near the Historic area. I would definitely recommend this property!
Great location but fairly expensive.
8.0Beautiful property in a great location.
− Our room was not cool. It was a fair bit warmer than the common areas of the hotel. We told the staff about it and were told that it would be looked into but in never got any cooler in there.
