6.0Disappointing service and connectivity issues marred an otherwise pleasant stay We enjoyed the hotel's facilities and food, but our experience was significantly impacted by two major issues: Unprofessional Behavior: We had a deeply unpleasant encounter with a staff member at the entrance. Despite our efforts to follow his parking instructions precisely, he began shouting at us aggressively. Even after we politely explained that we had parked exactly where he requested and asked him to stop, he continued to yell without any cause or apology. This led to an entirely unnecessary and disrespectful confrontation that is unacceptable for any service environment. Connectivity Issues: In one of the two rooms we received, as well as on the lawn outside, the Wi-Fi reception was poor, and it was impossible to browse. Since the hotel also lacks good cellular reception, this was a real struggle. It is a shame that these service and infrastructure issues overshadowed our visit.
Good to know
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
