6.0Great location! Nice pool! Nice breakfast! Wonderful staff! Hotel itself in bad shape… Paint peeling off walls. Electrical outlets exposed and practically falling off the wall. Unsafe. Terrible mattresses… Very old! Jacuzzi not working. Pool hours too limited.
Good value overall, but need better Wi-Fi
8.0Room was good sized, clean, quiet and in a good location on Rt. 1. The beds were comfortable, and the refrigerator and coffee maker were useful. The staff at the front desk was friendly. The sink and vanity outside the bathroom was nice and large, but the bathroom itself was very tight, and it was hard to maneuver around the door. For improvements, I would suggest upgrading the guest Wi-Fi; it was very unreliable in our room on the first floor. Also, the ice machine was not working. Overall, it was less expensive than most of the other hotels we looked at, so it was a decent value.
Clean budget hotel in good location
6.0Two comfy beds, clean bathroom, good TV service, fridge, microwave, coffee. Everything you want in a budget hotel. No other amenities, but it's right on Hwy 1, so there are fast food, mid-range, and deluxe dining options within a few miles either way. Easy access to the beach at Wells. If you're not looking for luxury and an indoor pool, this is an excellent budget choice,

8.0I like the fact that it was fairly close to everything we wanted to see. The ocean was right down thd street in Wells and restaurant was with in walking distance if that's where you'll i like to eat..
− The bathroom only had enough room to turn around in they should've made to bathroom a little bit bigger.Asked the housekeeper on our way out for some more towels.which we got but only made one bed ( horribly too) didn't touch the other bed, nor cleaned anything else. Asked for more TP because we were a party of 4 and it took almost 30mins to get it to us..

9.0Great location, and the rooms are really much nicer since the renovations. The woman running the office was very nice and very efficient.

2.0We stayed in the hotel for years and it was nice when it was renovated but the place has gone down hill fast. The rooms smell awful. We will not be back
