5.0Nos gustó la ubicación y sobre todo que sea un hotel Pet Friendly y nos dieran una habitación con acceso al patio interior. Emanuel, el recepcionista, muy acogedor nos pudo ayudar en lo que le pedimos. Frazadas extra y secador de pelo. La habitación triple tenía buenas camas.
− Es muy impersonal y frío, no tiene un sello propio. A pesar de tener mucho potencial, no es acogedor. Se nota mucho el descuido en las instalaciones, por ejemplo en el baño que nos tocó por lo menos, se notaba un aseo poco prolijo, tenía un filtración de aire en la ventana, que lo hacía súper frío y sin un calefactor extra fue incómodo. La ducha teléfono es una inversión menor, estaba reparada con cinta adhesiva, el cable se notaba que no había sido limpiado en mucho tiempo. Creo que si esa pieza y baño hubiese dado la idea de pulcro, se pueden obviar otros detalles. Las toallas y almohadas no daban ganas de usarlas. Creo que todo obedece a ese descuido de base.

− todo, la habitación sucia, baño sucio, pasamos frío en la cama adicional, cortinas sucias y no cerraban, solo no nos fuimos porque llegamos muy tarde e ibamos con dos niños pequeños
