8.0Appartamento ampio e confortevole, di tipologia vecchia ma molto ben ammodernato, soprattutto a livello cucina. Pulito, proprietario disponibile all'occorrenza. Isolato e quindi immerso nella tranquillità della campagna aretina.
− Posizione non del tutto agevole, ma lo sapevamo scegliendolo. Dispiace che il riscaldamento sia non compreso nel prezzo ma a consumo.
