10.0Everything! Beautiful house with so much care and attention to detail. It smelled good everywhere too! Staff are really kind and attentive.
− Very minor - no elevators (yet) so may be hard if you have plenty of luggage but the staff help you carry them so it’s really not a problem.

10.0A magical place with beautiful art and a library. The ladies who run it are simply wonderful. It’s not a full service five star, but that’s what makes it so special. It’s unique and doesn’t try to be everything to everyone
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Uitstekend verblijf
10.0We werden heel warm ontvangen door de gastvrouw, die enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. Ze neemt de tijd om je welkom te heten en zorgt ervoor dat je je meteen thuis voelt. De riad is prachtig, de kamers zijn ruim, zeer proper en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Ondanks de centrale ligging midden in de medina is het er verrassend rustig, zowel overdag als ’s avonds. Je hoort nauwelijks iets van de drukte buiten. Nog voor onze aankomst nam de gastvrouw contact met ons op om onze aankomst te regelen. Bij het inchecken kregen we een handige kaart met leuke bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en tips voor Essaouira. Op al onze vragen gaf ze met veel plezier uitleg en wees ze ons de weg. Doordat ze meerdere talen spreekt, verloopt de communicatie heel vlot. Ook het ontbijt verdient een compliment. Het wordt geserveerd in een gezellige ruimte op het dakterras, is verzorgd en lekker. Het hele personeel is vriendelijk en de riad is overal kraaknet. Een absolute aanrader voor wie Essaouira bezoekt. Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw verblijven.

10.0Wonderful Riad , very attractive and individually decorated rooms and a great group of long term staff who are very welcoming and knowledgable . Nothing is too much trouble for them . There’s a lovely plentiful breakfast served to you daily on the roof. Either inside or outside . Very comfy communal areas both inside and outside . It’s the second time I’ve visited in 2 years. Essouira is a small place and the Riad is well located and easy to walk everywhere nearby and further afield. I travelled there by taxi from Marrakesh both times and in total I’ve probably stayed 4 weeks over 2 visits.
