The location is perfect—right in the heart of Catania, just steps from the historic center, incredible street food, and an ideal starting point for virtually any tour or excursion. The rooftop terrace offers spectacular views of Mount Etna, making breakfast or an evening drink an unforgettable experience. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the people. From the reception staff to the housekeeping team, everyone is genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with any request. They don't just make you feel like a guest—they make you feel like you're visiting family. A special thanks to Silvio, who is your go-to person for recommendations. Whether you're looking for the best local food, hidden gems, or sightseeing tips, his advice is spot on and will make your stay even more memorable. If I return to Catania, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

4.0Perfect location. Friendly staff at reception
− The suite showed clear signs of wear and tear; the paint was peeling off the walls in the room with the whirlpool bath, the bathroom was tiny, with no space for storing toiletries.The breakfast buffet offered very limited choices, better to have breakfast elsewhere. Overall, it was overpriced and not worth the money.

− The bedroom was so bright during the night from outside lighting. The €20 rooftop breakfast was very poor. Cold scrambled egg and very limited choice. The rooftop terrace was closed which would have been a nice thing to enjoy.

− Water leaked in ceiling all over table. . Noisy at night until 2 a.m. I had to request an iron 3 times before getting one. Phone did not work to call front desk.
