The staff is always friendly and smiling! Breakfast is good and made-to-order!

− the value for money isn't convincing. The rooms are a bit dated, and they only accept cash payments (I really don't get this). All in all, the property is nice, but we expected something better.

Boutique hotel in great location

Lovely courtyard and Eastern European-inspired breakfast which felt quite nostalgic to me. The staff were keen to support when needed.

− The fact that we couldn't pay for the room with card was a bit strange. From the pictures it looked like it was possible to have a drink on the rooftop but I'm not sure this was actually possible. The hotel could do with a bit of a revamp in certain areas, to have more of a modern feel.

Perfect location to visit Samarkand. Very nice courtyard, shaded and cool, perfect for breakfast or relaxing. Abundant and varied breakfast. Helpful staff.

− Repeated problems with the shower drain, despite it being promptly repaired each time Overpriced.

モスクやレギスタン広場に徒歩圏。

− レセプションスタッフのスキルと理解度の低さ。現金しか受け付けない、というのは事前に分かっていたが、支払いのときに受領証を要求したが、前例がないとか、システムが対応していない（？）とかで、受領証ないしレシートをもらえなかった。こんなことは、どの国のどのホテルに泊まったときも経験したことはない。宿泊者は支払いをした日時、支払先、支払金額について、支払い済の証拠を入手てきないことになり、二重払い請求のリスクにさらされることになる。また、宿泊費用以外の、観光税の計算が間違っており、当方から2回、計算違いを指摘し、2回差額の一部を返してもらった。また、当初、2泊分予約し、その後、1泊追加していたため、3泊とも同じ部屋になるようお願いをし、了解を得ていたのだが（その旨の回答メールもある）、3日目のチェックアウト時刻（つまり2泊終了後）に、係員が部屋に来てチェックアウト時刻だから、なるべく早く部屋を空けるよう催促してきた。再確認の結果、3泊が2泊と誤認されていたことが理解してもらえたようで事なきを得た。以上のように、ホテルの予約管理、会計管理など、基本的な体制に不備があり、余計な説明と質問とやり取り（交渉）が要求されることを想定し覚悟しておく必要がある。
