2.0Very disappointed, it was like a hostel and it was very noisy. I think we were the only guests in amongst all contractors staying there. The pool that was advertised was not functional and hadn’t been for a long time by the looks of it. There was no pool table as advertised and the public area was stacked with random matresses. We couldn’t open the windows fully due to scaffolding outside the window which felt very unsafe should there have been a fire. Every morning, before light we were woken up by people right outside our window chatting, smoking and coughing. All in all a very bad experience never to be repeated.
Comfortable hotel with self catering facilities
8.0Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey.
Great 2-star stay
10.0I was pleasantly surprised. The room had an adequate size for me and had a kitchenette. The room and kitchenette were both very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette had everything, cutlery, pans, toaster, microwave, small fridge and small vitro. Perfect if you're planning on staying for a few days! Bathroom was also very good size. The service was also very good, staff were friendly, polite and always greeted with a smile! Overall, a great place to stay considering it's a 2-star hotel.

10.0Manager and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was cosy and quiet, very clean and comfortable. Nothing too much trouble. Will definitely stay again.
