− The room we were in was very loud..the heating or air-conditioner on the roof was very loud.. we had a lousy sleep.

6.0The guest room suited its purpose for our short stay, small rooms. The bathroom needs repairs, toilet didn’t refill and the tub had a slash in the bottom. But the room was clean and quick walk to Sasktel Centre.
Will book again for sure.

− couldn't set the temperature at our comfortable cool temperature 68F for sleeping. Kept waking up hot. Also, there was a mould ring around the tub drain.
