6.0There was very little on the communication side. I was under the impression that they serve breakfast at the restaurant in the basement only to learn that this is not the case, even though their leaflet indicates that breakfast is provided. The room a bit tired and the floors looked as they have not been hoovered. The bed was a bit lumpy too. Its ok for a night or two bit bit not beyond that
