3.0Beautiful location, the younger staff were nice and the breakfast was good
− Most of the facilities listed in the property description do not actually exist- no spa, fitness centre, billiards, bicycle hire, barbecue, second restaurant etc. We were told we couldn’t use the pool as it hadn’t been cleaned. The sink tap in our room was broken when we arrived, we contacted reception about this and they made no effort for it to be fixed, so we had to wash our hands in the shower. Very unhappy with this experience.
Highly overpriced, poor amenities and maintenance
3.0Location and the amenities they faked in booking.com
− No proper maintenance and highlyover priced compared to other apps. Hotel Management Took 2 hours to respond to our issues. No hairdryer, fridge was not working, bathroom mirror was horrible, no telephone given to contact reception. Parking was under construction, fish pond was smelly.
Our Colonial Home
9.0A beautiful hotel nestled in tea plantations. The front door looking at tea fields, while the back deck was pushed into the rainforest, with amazing birdsong. Front desk very helpful. Thankyou
