− No signs on how to reach reception. Ver bad signaling thru the whole area, and for the first time, you waste a lot of time searching for indications. At this level of investment done at this property, some more indications are needed:: name of each square of Cartel buildings to be listed in the middle of the square, pointers to room numbers, pointers to reception, pointers to swimming pool. Other than this, the location is very good.
PESIMO, NI SE OS OCURRA RESERVAR
1.0Solo nos gustó las instalaciones exteriores del hotel. Lo demás un desastre.
− Ni se os ocurra reservarlo, poca predisposición del staff para dar información de las instalaciones, el complejo es muy grande y no te dan indicaciones de nada por lo que es una aventura encontrar tu habitación o tu zona de aparcamiento y resto de áreas como piscina etc. No hay ascensor, esta muy lejos para venir a visitar el Lago di Garda, las habitaciones no estan cuidadas, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, arañas por todos lados, cucarachas, no hay menaje para usar la cocina, faltan manteles, paños, cafeteras, la basura la tienes que tirar tu fuera del complejo, no te hacen las habitaciones, hemos estado 3 dias y no ha pasado nadie por alli. NEFASTO, te abandonan en el recinto, cero servicios.
