Nice Hotel But....
6.0I like the hotel but they gave me a regular room when I reserved 60 days in advance a larger family room. On my 3rd day they offered the correct room but I declined as I made other arrangements for the child. They offered no reimbursement. In all I think it was a staff mistake. But I should not have to suffer due to this.
