6.0Hotel in buona posizione, con fermate di bus h24 e 2 metro vicine. Supermercati aperti fino a tardi nei dintorni. Lo staff molto cordiale, in particolare Sam che è stato disponibile e simpatico. Deposito bagagli dopo il check out ottimo servizio. Unica nota positiva della stanza un frigo ampio.
− Premesso che conosco molto bene gli standard di Londra e non sono una persona così pretenziosa. La stanza era minuscola, con il pavimento tutto storto e scricchiolante. Letto altissimo con materasso durissimo. Spazi super risicati, nessun armadio o appoggio a disposizione se non una scrivania e una sedia. Presente una mini cucina anni 80 totalmente inutile che portava via solo lo spazio a un possibile armadio. Bagno osceno con doccia minuscola, 2 phon non funzionanti su 2 presenti in stanza. La porta del bagno si incastrava nel pavimento rialzato e la mia compagna ha rischiato di rompersi un dito nel chiuderla. Lo consiglio solo per soste molto brevi (1-2 notti) a chi non ha molte pretese e vuole un hotel in una buona e tranquilla posizione.

1.0The only real positive aspect of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated, but unfortunately, the location is the only thing that makes this property worth considering.
− The bathroom facilities were extremely disappointing and poorly designed. There was no handheld shower attachment, no shelf or basket in the shower to keep shampoo and other toiletries, and no proper space around the sink to place toothbrushes and toothpaste. These are basic amenities that any decent hotel should provide. Even more concerning, the ventilation grille in the toilet was covered in dust, suggesting a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Overall, the bathroom was impractical, poorly maintained, and far below the standard expected of a hotel. I will be including photos to document these issues.

9.0Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione in un bel quartiere, vicino alle fermate metro e vicino a Kensington park. Ottime la reception aperta H24 e la pulizia.
− La camera e soprattutto il bagno erano molto piccoli
Gut für einen Städtetrip.
5.0Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, freier Parkplatz.
− Kein Fenster im Zimmer, die Dusche war etwas renovierungsbedürftig.
