8.0Nice location by the water. Nice clean room with a good bed. We had a great view over the Mekong with the mountains in Lao in the background Hallways needed cleaning. Breakfast was not good I’m European and did not cater to my Tyne toast and cold eggs my Thai wife was disappointed too.

4.0They are doing renovations at the moment. Builders work there. We stayed opposite to where they were working. The room we stayed in was not very clean. The bathroom basin was disgusting. Looks like they had tried repairing leaks with silicone. Would have had stayed somewhere else if I knew they were doing renovations.
