8.0L'appartamento è dotato di lavastoviglie, lavatrice, condizionatori e tutto il necessario per cucinare, lavarsi e godersi il sole in un ampio balcone con tavolo, sedie e tenda. Le dimensioni dell' appartamento sono generose e si trova in una posizione che permette di raggiungere facilmente in auto Lerici, marina di Sarzana, Carrara, Colonnata ecc. Vicino si trovano anche supermercati, bar, ristoranti eventualmente raggiungibili a piedi. Nonostante ci sia una rotonda davanti casa, non si sente troppo rumore in casa.
− Il bagno è un po' datato, nonostante sia molto comodo, una revisione dei sanitari e della doccia sicuramente renderebbe il tutto ancora più confortevole.
