10.0Absolutely no regrets staying here! The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. The staff made us feel truly welcome, especially a brunette receptionist whose name I unfortunately can’t remember—she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. It was also such a lovely surprise when they knocked on our door to offer us complimentary chocolates. If I come back to Madrid, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!
